 Our team specializes in caring for residents with complex medical conditions, including those who require ventilator support, respiratory therapy, and IV medications. We are equipped to manage acute and chronic health issues with a focus on comfort and safety.

Do you provide assistance with mobility and walking?

 Yes, we offer full mobility support, including the use of walkers, canes, and wheelchairs. Depending on each resident’s needs, our caregivers assist with walking, from standby help to one-person assist.

What makes your caregiver-to-resident ratio unique?

 Our caregiver-to-resident ratio of 2-3 caregivers for every 6 residents ensures personalized care and attention. This higher staffing level allows us to provide a level of individualized care that’s hard to find in many conventional nursing facilities.

Do you provide care for bed-bound residents?

 Yes, we offer specialized care for bed-bound residents, including regular repositioning every 2-3 hours to prevent pressure ulcers. We use alternating pressure low air loss beds and positioning aids like pillows and wedges to ensure comfort and skin integrity. Our caregivers also assist with all aspects of personal care, hygiene, and mobility needs for bed-bound residents.

How do you manage medication administration?

 We provide full support with medication management, ensuring that medications are administered safely and on time. This includes oral, intravenous (IV), intramuscular, subcutaneous, and feeding tube administration. A registered nurse (RN) is available for injections and IV medications, and all tasks are delegated according to Washington state regulations.

How close are you to the hospital?

 We are less than 10 minutes from PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center, providing easy access to medical services and specialized treatments. Additionally, we are only 15 minutes from Portland International Airport, offering convenience for out-of-town family members and visitors.

 We care for individuals living with Multiple Sclerosis, Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI), Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), Muscular Dystrophy, Cerebral Palsy, Spinal Cord Injuries, Stroke, Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Anoxic Brain Injuries, and Diabetes.
